Services offered are supportive and wellbeing-focused only and do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, nursing care, emergency services, or instructions provided by your GP, consultant, surgeon, hospital, or healthcare team.

## 2. Eligibility for Services

Clients must provide accurate information regarding their health, recovery, medical procedures, and wellbeing needs prior to appointments.

Cotswold Wellness Clinic reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services where needs fall outside the clinician’s professional scope or where safety concerns arise.

## 3. Medical Emergencies

Cotswold Wellness Clinic does not provide emergency medical care.

If you experience severe symptoms, medical deterioration, chest pain, breathing difficulties, heavy bleeding, signs of infection, or any urgent medical concern, you should contact your GP, NHS 111, or emergency services immediately.

## 4. Booking & Appointments

Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.

Home wellness visits are currently available across Chipping Campden and surrounding Cotswold villages.

Evening and weekend appointments may be available upon request.

## 5. Cancellation Policy

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

Missed appointments without notice may be charged in full.

Payment terms will be agreed prior to services commencing.

Cotswold Wellness Clinic reserves the right to request payment in advance for certain appointments or packages.
