## Cotswold Wellness Clinic

At Cotswold Wellness Clinic, we aim to provide compassionate, professional, and personalised wellness support for every client. Due to the nature of our services, time, travel arrangements, and appointment preparation, the following refund policy applies.

## Appointment Cancellations

Clients are kindly asked to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes wherever possible.

Appointments cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled or refunded at the discretion of Cotswold Wellness Clinic.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be non-refundable.

## Missed Appointments

Missed appointments without prior notice are non-refundable.

## Packages & Prepaid Services

Where recovery packages or prepaid services are purchased, refunds for unused sessions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Any visits already completed will be deducted from the refund amount at the standard service rate.

## Unsuitable Services

Cotswold Wellness Clinic reserves the right to decline or discontinue services where client needs fall outside the clinician’s professional scope, where safety concerns arise, or where services are deemed unsuitable.

In such cases, partial refunds may be considered depending on services already provided.

## Medical Emergencies & Hospital Changes

We understand that surgical dates, hospital arrangements, and recovery circumstances can sometimes change unexpectedly.

Where possible, we will always aim to offer compassionate flexibility regarding rescheduling appointments affected by medical or hospital-related changes.
